Sugar Cookie Frosting

Ingrédients

1 tbsp Water (warm)

1 cup Sifted powdered sugar

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Or

1 tbsp Milk (warm)

1 cup Sifted powder sugar

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

Whisk until creamy. Let stand to firm up.

Add food coloring during mixing.
