Ingrédients

RECIPE:

1 ½ Lb Top Round Beef

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1/2 Cup Cold Water

1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt

1 Tsp Sugar

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tsp Sesame Oil

1/4 Cup Cornstarch

1 Egg’s Whites

Instructions

Cut beef into 1/4” slices. Add baking soda and water. Mix well and let sit for 20 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Let it sit for another 20 minutes before cooking.
