No Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Balls

1 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
3 cups powdered sugar
2 cups crispy rice cereal
8 ounces white chocolate bark, coarsely chopped
8 ounces dark chocolate bark, coarsely chopped
Instructions

Using handheld or stand mixer, fitted with paddle attachment, combine peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar. Fold in rice cereal.

Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate 1 hour.

In 2 separate bowls, melt white and dark chocolate according to package directions. Dip half the balls in white chocolate and remaining balls in dark chocolate.

Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet and let stand 30 minutes or until completely set.
