Popcorn Topping: Garlic Parmesan

4 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated (perfect opportunity for you foodies to use your microplane!)
Instructions
As soon as the popcorn is popped, mix melted butter and olive oil and toss with popcorn vigorously. Sprinkle garlic powder, a large pinch of kosher salt, and a few grinds of fresh black pepper over the popcorn and toss to coat completely. Top with the Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with more salt.
