Ingrédients

Yeast-free puff pastry: 250 g.

Camembert “President”

Conference pear

Honey

Walnut

Egg yolk + 1 tsp milk (to brush the dough)

Instructions

Thaw the dough, make cuts around the perimeter (with a frame).

Slice the camembert and pear as shown in the video. Arrange them on the dough, alternating them, brush the edges with the egg yolk and bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees (385 F).

When serving, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with nuts.
