3 Ingredient Chia Crackers

Ingrédients

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup almond flour (250 g)

100 g Grana Padano cheese

Instructions

Mix chia with 1/2 cup of water and let it sit for 15 min. Combine with almond flour and cheese and optional ingredients if using, roll thin (crispier) into parchment paper, cut and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 min. ENJOY

Optional: salt, pepper, turmeric, sesame seeds, nutritional yeast, etc.
