Honey Chipotle Pulled Chicken Burgers

These were deliciousssssss and super easy to make!

Ingredients to serve 2:
Chicken breast (2)
Onion (1)
Tomato puree (2tbsp)
Honey (1tbsp)
Chipotle paste (2tbsp)
Paprika, garlic powder, onion salt
Brioche buns (2)
Lighter cheese slices (2)
Wrap the chicken breasts in tinfoil and airfry for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Once cooked, pull apart with 2 forks and set aside
Whilst these are cooking, finely slice the onions and add to a frying pan along with the paprika, garlic powder and onion salt
Once browned, add in the tomato puree, chipotle paste & honey along with a few tbsp of water
Stir together and simmer for a few minutes to thicken, then add in the chicken breast & stir together to combine
Instructions
Add this mixture to the brioche buns, top with the cheese slices andddd thats it! I had mine with some airfryer chips and salad!
