160g butter

500g self raising flour

1 generous tsp mixed spice

80g vanilla caster sugar

300g mincemeat

4 eggs

150ml milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C fan.

See method in the video. I included the kneading so you can see the process - you need to be light handed at it.

Time for a glass of wine and a chill. I hope you like this one. They really are tasty without being too overpoweringly fruity.
