Fried Chicken & Cheese Macaroni

Ingrédients

Chicken soaking liquid:

1 cup milk

1 tsp of each (paprika, magi powder, black pepper, garlic powder, salt)

1 tsp soy sauce

Soak chicken in liquid for at least 2 hours

Breading mixture:

1 cup flour

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 tsp of each (paprika , magi powder, curry powder)

1 tbsp salt

Macaroni ingredients:

400 g macaroni

2 tbsp butter +1 tbsp oil

1 tbsp smashed garlic

1 tsp of each (paprika, magi powder, oregano, curry powder)

1 cup cooking cream + 1 cup pasta water

salt and pepper

200 g mozzarella cheese (or any type of cheese you like)

Instructions

Butterfly the chicken by cutting it lengthwise almost all the way through.

Spread out chicken breast on parchment paper and cover with parchment paper. Pound with mallet until thin.

Mix together dredging liquid.

Add chicken to dredge mixture and let marinate for at least 2 hours.

Mix together breading ingredients.

Once chicken has marinated long enough, put chicken in dry ingredients until fully covered.

Add chicken to a pan of hot oil and fry until golden brown.

While the chicken is frying, boil macaroni.

In skillet, mix all ingredients for macaroni except for the macaroni and the cheese. bring to a boil and simmer until thickened.

Add macaroni and cheese, and stir thoroughly.
