Blueberry Scones

Scones:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/4 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup frozen unsalted butter (grated)

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

1–2 Tbsp milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

Mix dry: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

Grate in frozen butter and cut in.

Whisk wet: yogurt, cream, egg, vanilla.

Combine all with blueberries. Mix gently into dough ball.

Pat into 8-inch circle, cut into 8 wedges.

Bake 16–18 min till golden. Cool 10 min.

Mix glaze, drizzle, serve warm.
