Hot Crab Dip

3/4 cup (3 oz) fine shredded parmesan cheese
1-1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
3 dashes of hot pepper sauce
Instructions
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, crabmeat, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Place in a 1 quart casserole. Bake uncovered, in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top. Serve with assorted crackers or melba toast.
