Hawaiian Pulled Pork Tacos

1 lb BBQ pulled pork

3 tbsp Pineapple juice

1.5 tbsp Soy sauce

1/2 tsp grated ginger

1tsp rice vinegar

Instructions

Simmer 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add pork to coat.

Serve with pineapple slaw

Notes

Optional: Pickled Onion

1/4 thinly sliced red onion

Juice of 1/2 lime

Pinch of salt
