Mom's Holiday Sage Stuffing

Ingrédients

Gizzard, neck and giblets from turkey

2 sticks of butter

2 onions, chopped

1 package of celery, chopped

1 bag of Brownberry Sage and Onion croutons cubes

3 eggs

Sage & poultry seasoning

Instructions

Place the turkey neck and giblets in a saucepan with water. Boil to create a broth. Save the giblet water for later. Once cooked, remove giblets and chop finely to add to stuffing (I only use the liver). In a sauté pan melt the butter and add the chopped onions and chopped celery. Sauté. Put the croutons in a large mixing bowl. Add the sautéed onions and celery. Add the giblets. Add the blended raw eggs. Add giblet water until moist (you can substitute chicken broth). Add sage and poultry seasoning to taste.

Notes

Stuff turkey as desired.
