Beef with Napa Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingrédients

200g beef (sliced)

1 tsp light soy sauce

½ tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tsp oyster sauce

1 tsp oil

1 tsp cornstarch

2 cups napa cabbage (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tbsp light soy sauce (for cabbage)

1-2 tbsp water

Green onion (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Marinate beef with soy sauces, oyster sauce, oil, and cornstarch for 20 mins.

2. Stir-fry marinated beef on high heat until cooked. Set aside.

4. Add napa cabbage and cook until soft.

3. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.

5. Pour in 1 tbsp light soy sauce, stir well.

6. Add cooked beef and a splash of water. Simmer until sauce reduces.

7. Garnish with green onion. Serve hot over rice!
