Ingrédients

165g Chicken Breast (minced)

225g Shrimp (minced)

180g Wonton Wrappers (≈35)

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

15g Oyster Sauce

1 tbsp + 2 tbsp Rice Wine (divided)

1 Green Onion (sliced)

4 cups Chicken Bone Broth

30g Dark Soy Sauce

3 tbsp Water

1 tbsp Chicken Powder

2 ½ tsp Salt

1 ½ tsp Sugar

Dash White Pepper

Instructions

Mix chicken, shrimp, 2 tbsp soy sauce, oyster sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, and green onion for filling.

Wrap ~1 tsp per wonton, seal with water.

Boil wontons 4–5 min until they float.

Simmer broth, dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine, water, chicken powder, salt, sugar, and pepper.

Add wontons to bowls, pour soup over, garnish with green onion.
