Slowcooker Pulled Beef, Onions & Gravy

Ingrédients

800g - 1Kg beef brisket đŸ„©

1 tbsp brown sugar đŸ„„

2 x onions sliced 🧅

1 tsp thyme / oregano 🌿

1-2 bay leaves 🍃

1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce đŸ„„

100ml white wine

400ml beef stock

Garlic (Optional)

1 heaped tbsp cornflour đŸ„„ (Add more at the end if sauce needs to be thicker)

Salt and pepper

How to?

Instructions

Brown the beef briefly on the pan, soften the sliced onions

Add everything into the slowcooker and cook on high for 7-8 hours. Perfect if you’re out all day working

Shred with tongs and serve. I pair with mash or ciabatta rolls with butter, onions and the gravy for pure heaven

Important: If having it in a bread roll (Caked in butter) PLEASE DIP INTO THE GRAVY
