Ingrédients

4 tbsp apricot jam

16 streaky bacon rashers, halved lengthwise

450g cocktail sausages

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/ gas mark 4.

2 Place the apricot jam in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well.

3 Wrap a rasher around each cocktail sausage. Secure with a cocktail stick.

4 Place the wrapped sausages in a baking dish. Brush with the apricot jam.

5 Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and completely cooked through. Remove the cocktail sticks and serve hot.
