Ingrédients

1 can of Chickpeas (drained & rinsed)

2 Romaine Hearts (chopped)

1 6 oz package of Hard Salami (chopped)

2 Persian Cucumbers (chopped)

1/4 c chopped Kalamata olives

1/3 c Parmesan

1/3 c Feta

Red wine vinaigrette

Oregano

Black Pepper

Instructions

1. Toss Chickpeas in olive oil, salt, paprika, & Italian seasonings.

2. Roast Chickpeas at 425 degrees for 25 minutes -- until golden & crunchy.

3. Put all ingredients in a bowl & toss to combine.

4. Add dressing to individual portions.
