1 tsp ginger
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a jar. Can use immediately but it will get stronger over time. Mix with hot water to the concentration you desire.
Notes
Good for when you feel ill.
Ginger and Cayenne help with warmth and circulation.
Tumeric and cinnamon help with inflammation.
Black pepper helps the other ingredients be more effective.
