2 chicken breast
1 lime
1 - 2 tbsp Fiesta Fajita Seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 squirt yellow mustard
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp garlic
1 splash olive oil
BREADING
1 egg
¼ cup flour
1/2 cup panko
1 tsp Fiesta Fajita Seasoning
½ tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dark chili powder
Instructions
The Day Before Eating...
Tenderize chicken and place in ziploc bag with marinade ingredients. Let sit overnight.
Day Of...
In skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Whisk egg in bowl for dipping. Mix breading ingredients in seperate bowl. Cut chicken into rough, loose chunks. Dip nugget pieces in breading, then egg, the breading again. Add to hot skillet. Flip when dark brown. Plate and enjoy.
