Ingrédients

Pork Marinade:

3 lbs Pork Shoulder

1/2 Cup Sugar

2 tbsp Fish Sauce

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce

3-5 Cloves Garlic

Minced Lemon Grass (Optional)

Instructions

Chop pork into bite siced pieces

Add all ingredients together and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Add oil to a pan and cook on high heat. Don't stir to allow a char to form

Note: If it is burning or cooking too quickly, add 1-2 tbsp of water to the pan and it'll become a sauce

Serve with vermicelli noodles and scallion oil and enjoy!
