Red Potato Skillet Smash

Red potatoes
Broth (chicken or vegetable)
Olive oil
Dried rosemary
Instructions
Wash and cut red potatoes into halves.
Place potatoes in skillet and add broth to cover about 3/4 of potatoes.
Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and sprinkle with dried rosemary.
Bring skillet to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and let cook until potatoes are crisp on the bottom and velvety creamy on the inside, about 15-20 minutes.
Once cooked, carefully smash the potatoes slightly with a fork and serve warm.
