2 hiwa - Kalabasa/Pumpkin (sliced into blocks)
Asin/Salt to taste
Paminta/Pepper to taste
Patis/Fish Sauce to taste
Oyster Sauce to taste
Tubig/Water
Instructions
Tip: Season all through out the process.
Talong. I-stirfry ang hanggang magkaroon ng toast marks at itabi.
Sitaw at okra. I-stirfry hanggang magkaroon ng toast marks at itabi.
Liempo, Sibuyas, Bawang, Bagoong Alamang, at Kalabasa. I-stirfry hanggang mag-render ang taba at magkaroon ng sear marks. I-stirfry ang sibuyas, bawang, bagoong alamang, at kalabasa.
Oyster sauce at patis. Ihalo sa stirfry.
Tubig. Lagyan ng tubig ang stirfry hanggang matakpan lahat at pakuluin.
Pag malambot na ang kalabasa, ilagay ang talong, sitaw, at okra at ipagpatuloy ang pagpapakulo ng 10-15 minutes.
