14 oz sweetened shredded coconut

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

¾ cup crushed nuts (optional – pecans or almonds work great)

¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, add the shredded coconut and break up any clumps.

Stir in the crushed nuts and chocolate chips.

Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.

Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a 1¾-inch ice cream scoop or 2 teaspoons, spacing slightly apart.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Let cool, then serve.

Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate for extra indulgence.
