Ingrédients

1 cup Cottage Cheese (Use full-fat for best results.)

½ teaspoon Garlic Powder (Optional seasoning.)

½ teaspoon Paprika (Optional seasoning.)

½ teaspoon Ranch Seasoning (Optional seasoning.)

½ teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning (Optional seasoning.)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, stir together the cottage cheese and any optional seasonings you prefer. Mix until evenly combined.

Using a spoon or your hands, form small, thin dollops or patties of the cottage cheese mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they’re spaced apart to allow for crisping.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chips turn golden brown and crispy around the edges. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.

Remove from the oven and let the chips cool completely on the baking sheet. They will firm up and become crunchier as they cool.

Enjoy immediately or store for later!
