Easy Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingrédients

1.5–2 lbs beef stew meat (or chuck roast cut into chunks)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 packet onion soup mix

1 cup beef broth

8 oz cream cheese (cubed, add at end)

8 oz egg noodles (cooked separately)

Instructions

Add beef, mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and beef broth to the crockpot. Stir to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours, until beef is tender.

Stir in cream cheese and let it melt (about 20–30 minutes before serving).

Cook egg noodles separately and serve beef mixture on top.

Optional Add-ins:

Sliced mushrooms (add at the beginning)

A little sour cream at the end for extra creaminess
