Beef Stroganoff

1 1/4 lbs stew beef cubes
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 package onion soup mix
1 package sliced mushrooms
egg noodles
Instructions
1. Place beef in slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Spoon over beef.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
4. 30 minutes before serving, add mushrooms. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
