Ingrédients

1 1/4 water to 1/2 c starter and mix

Add

  • 2 3/4 c flour

  • 1 T salt

Instructions

  • mix together and rest 30 min

  • Stretch and fold 4 x

  • 1st rise: Rest 8 hr covered at room temperature- should double in size

  • 2nd rise: stretch into rectangle and fold into self in 3 and roll into loaf tray

  • Cover with another loaf and rise 8 hr in fridge

  • 425 covered 30 min then 10 min uncovered
