- 2 bananas

- 150g Greek yogurt

- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter

- 50ml milk

- 150g dark chocolate

- 1 tsp coconut oil (Optional)

Instructions

Healthy Peanut Butter & Chocolate Magnums 🍌🥜

Ever meal prepped an ice lolly snack? Stop what you’re doing and make these! If you don’t like banana swap for other fruit!

Method:

1. In a blender, mix your banana, peanut butter, yoghurt and milk (this should make a nice smooth liquid)

2. Pour the mixture into your lolly moulds (I just got these on Amazon link in my storefront) pop them into the freezer for 3-4 hours

3. After 3-4 hours, melt your dark chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil and pour into a mug/cup of choice. Grab your lolly mould from the freezer and dip the lollies into the chocolate until they are fully covered

4. Set the lollies on a tray with greaseproof paper so they don’t stick and freeze for another 30 mins.

Hopefully you can wait the 30 minutes! They are too good.
