Ingrédients

1 onion

4 cloves of garlic

3 chilies

3 tomatoes

500 grams chicken breasts

3 eggs

salt & pepper

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp optional chili powder

drizzle of olive oil

Instructions

start by finely chopping the veggies then sauté them in a drizzle of olive oil till they wilt.

add the chicken breast cubes. The spices cover and let the chicken cook for 5-7 minutes on medium low heat.

crack the eggs on top and either keep them sunny side or scramble them.

cover and let the eggs cook to your preferred doneness.

give the pan a drizzle of olive oil. A sprinkle of black pepper. Have it with a loaf of bread a cup of tea and enjoy.
