Recipe: 🍋

130g almond flour

60g oat flour or desiccated coconut

20g butter

Zest of a lemon

Juice of half a lemon

2-3 tbsp maple syrup

White chocolate to top

Instructions

Melt the butter and add all of the ingredients to a food processor

Blend until combined

Transfer to a lined container and firmly press down

If adding the chocolate- melt and spread

Top with extra lemon zest

Slice & enjoy!!
