Garlic Butter Chicken and Rice Casserole Recip

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
2 cups chicken broth
3 tbsp butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix chicken broth, melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread uncooked rice evenly in the baking dish.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the rice.
Place chicken breasts on top and season lightly.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 40–45 minutes until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
Remove foil, sprinkle cheese if using, and bake another 5–10 minutes until melted.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
