Homemade Pink Lemonade

4 large lemons

750mI water

10 tbsp sugar

4 large strawbenies, hulled

Ice cubes

Instructions

1 Cut the lemons in half across the middle.

2 Squeeze the juice out with a citrus juicer and add to a pitcher. You should have about 250ml of juice.

3 Add the sugar and water, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.

4 Slice the strawberries in half and remove the stems.

5 Use a spoon to press the strawberries through a sieve into the jug, throwing away any leftover bits in the sieve.

6 Stir until the lemonade turns pink. Refrigerate until chilled and serve over ice.
