Ingrédients

440g water

100g starter

10g salt

460g all purpose flour

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Turn every 30 min

Cover and let double 2-3 hours

After it bulk rises, pour 2 TBS olive oil in pan.

Oil fingers and turn out dough onto pan. Flip over and oil more. Stretch to loosely fit loan

Let ferment 4-6 hours

Punch holes in dough before baking and sprinkle with salt and decorate with rosemary, shallots, herbs

Bake at 450 for 25 min
