Ingrédients

3 cups cornflake cereal I use @naturespathorganic

1 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 ¼ cups melted dark chocolate

pinch of sea salt

How to:

Instructions

Grind cornflakes in food processor until completely ground up

In a bowl mix smooth creamy peanut butter (not refrigerated so it’s runny), with the maple syrup.

Add the cornflakes into the pb mixture.

Form into little bars and add onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Set in the freezer for 10-15 min.

Melt some dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between.

Dip bars in chocolate then set in fridge for 15. Enjoy!

Keep them stored in the fridge.
