Sweet and Sour Garlic Chili

3/4 cup fish sauce
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 tablespoon white vinegar (help to keep sauce last longer)
2 tablespoon garlic (chop)
1+1/2 cup of water đź’¦ from a bottle
1 tablespoon garlic chilli paste or more (rooster brand)
fresh chop chilli (optional)
Instructions
Mix everything together. Just make sure you stir until sugar dissolve (5-7 minutes). Taste and adjust. Can keep in refrigerator for months.
