Honeynut or acorn squash
Butter
Brown sugar
Instructions
Halve squash and remove seeds, and poke with fork. Microwave for five minutes.
Remove from microwave and place butter, salt, and brown sugar in divot of squash. Microwave for three minutes or until fork tender.
Mash butter mixture into squash.
