Anti Inflammatory Turkey Burgers

Ingrédients

1 medium sweet potato, peeled, steamed & mashed

500g turkey mince

1 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup chopped dill

1 egg

1 jalapeño, diced

Juice of 1 lime

2 finely chopped garlic cloves

1 tbsp finely chopped ginger

2 tbsp almond flour

Drizzle of olive oil

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together well, form the desired shapes& bake in a preheated oven on 180°C for 35 minutes, flipping half way through ❣️ I served with some rocket, pickled onion & a herby yoghurt sauce 💌
