Bread Roll Knots. Another Greek Yoghurt

Ingrédients

60g (3 heaped tbsp) self-raising flour (or all purpose with 1/2 tsp baking powder)

50g (2 tbsp) Greek or soya yoghurt

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

Mix flour, yoghurt and honey together to form a soft and smooth dough ball. It should NOT be sticky. Add more flour if it is

Roll the dough out into a rectangular shape

Fold in half, slice into two then twist and roll each one up into a knot

Air fry on 180C for 10 mins or oven bake on 180C for 20 mins
