1 tsp butter or olive oil
1 banana, chopped
200g Greek yogurt - I used Fage 0%
2 tbsp walnuts
2 tsp almond butter
1 tsp honey
Cinnamon
Instructions
Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the chopped banana and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden and caramelised. Part way through cooking add your chopped Alannah.
Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl and top with the warm caramelised banana and walnuts.
Drizzle over the almond butter and honey, and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon!
