Fried Cabbage with Shrimp, Sausage & Bacon

Ingrédients

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

1/2 lb sausage, sliced

4 slices bacon, chopped

1 medium head cabbage, washed & chopped

1 stick butter

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder (plus extra for cabbage)

1 tsp onion powder (plus extra for cabbage)

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

1 tbsp Cajun Two Step seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

In a bowl, coat shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Old Bay. Set aside.

In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon until it begins to crisp. Add sliced sausage and brown together. Remove and set aside.

Increase heat to high. Sear shrimp 1 minute per side, then remove and add to meat mixture.

In the same skillet, add butter and chopped cabbage. Cover until butter melts.

Season cabbage with Cajun Two Step, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir and fry until tender.

Return shrimp, sausage, and bacon to the skillet. Mix well until fully combined.

Serve hot and enjoy!
