Uncle Jack's Mac-and-Cheese

1 (16-oz.) package elbow macaroni
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 (12-oz.) cans evaporated milk
1 cup milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten (Or Egg Beaters)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
9 cups (40 oz.) shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
Vegetable cooking spray
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together cream, evaporated milk, milk, egg, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked macaroni, and 5 cups of cheese and mix thoroughly.
Pour the macaroni mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Bake covered at 350 for 35 Min.
Remove foil and continue to bake untill cheese is brown and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let stand 15 Min. before serving.
