Ingrédients

1 puff pastry

8 oz espresso mascarpone

Canned whipped cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar, optional

1 tbs cocoa powder, optional

Fresh berries, optional

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 370. Using a pastry wheel, cut refrigerated puff pastry into 3” squares. Place squares in cupcake pan. Place cupcake pan in air fryer for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow pastries to cool completely.

Using a butter scoop or tablespoon, add espresso mascarpone on top of pastry. Top with whipped cream. Optionally, mix cocoa powder and powdered sugar and dust the tops and serve with fresh berries.
