High Protein Tortilla Quiche

1 medium wrap (~60 g)
4 large eggs (~200 g)
75 g low fat cottage cheese
30 g light cheddar cheese
30 g parmesan
50 g feta cheese
100 g cherry tomatoes
Handful spinach (~30 g)
Salt + pepper

Place wrap into a baking dish to form the base
Mix eggs, cottage cheese, feta, spinach and chopped tomatoes together
Pour into the wrap
Top with cheddar + parmesan
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for ~20 mins until set
