2 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups almond flour
1- 1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds or meal
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
2 tbsp almond butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup

The breakfast cookie recipe was one my mom came up after trying a few:
BREAKFAST COOKIES
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups almond flour
1- 1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds or meal
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
2 tbsp almond butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4-1/2 cup of a mixture of any of these: coconut flakes, dark choc chips, dried cranberries, raisins, figs. I start out small then add more if needed
start with wet ingredients mix in dry. can add 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil if dough seems too dry. bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
