Creamy Chicken Fajita Pasta Gas ⛽️ or Trash

200g Whole Grain Rotini Pasta
800g Raw Chicken Breast (diced)
1/2 Onion (Chopped)
2 Bell Peppers (Diced)
4 tsp Minced Garlic
200g 1/3 Fat Cream Cheese
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Packet Fajita Seasoning
100 ml of water (I would recommend a little more about 120, some of the pasta was dry)
80g 2% Mozzarella Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Ohjeet
Add the pasta, chicken, onion, peppers, garlic, cream cheese, diced tomatoes, fajita seasoning, salt, pepper, and water to a large baking dish. Mix everything together until well combined.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or broil on high for 5 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes, divide into 6 servings, and enjoy!
