Bluebird Eggnog

1 1/2 ounces heavy cream
1 ounce rum, preferably Lyon White Rum
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce Fumus Pumila Apple Brandy
1 whole egg, preferably an Amish egg
Ohjeet
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake vigorously.
Add ice, and quickly hard-shake.
Double-strain into a rocks glass with light ice.
To garnish, place a white chocolate eggshell on top of the cocktail.
