Crispy Chilli Chicken

500g chicken breast (cut into chunks)

1 egg

40g cornflour

45ml light soy sauce

25ml sweet chilli sauce

20ml sesame oil

2-4 Spray oil sprays

10ml vinegar

25ml tomato ketchup

25ml honey

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 onion

1 Chilli

1 clove garlic (minced)

1 tbsp ginger

1/2 red pepper (sliced)

1/2 green pepper (sliced)

1 handful of coriander (optional)

1 tsp sesame seeds (optional garnish)

Prep the Chicken:

Cut 500g into slices and Coat chicken pieces in 20ml light soy sauce, sesame oil, 1 egg and 40g cornflour

Crispy Fry:

Air frying the chicken strips until golden and crispy (about 10 minutes). Remove and set aside.

for the sauce

In a pan add, 10ml rice vinegar, 25ml sweet chilli sauce, 25ml ketchup and 25ml honey

Then mix

sauté the veg

In a pan add olive oil, 1/2 onion , belle peppers, chilli, ginger, garlic, pour in the sauce

Combine & Finish:

Return chicken to the pan, coat in the sauce, and mix well. Garnish with optional coriander spring onion and sesame seeds.
