layer slightly overlapping

1 cup of mozzarella

1/3 cup eggs spread evenly over layered potatoes

salt + Italian seasoning

bake till potatoes are cooked through (about 20-30mins)

layer your favorite toppings. I did cottage cheese, ground beef and lettuce
