EASY EGGNOG (Death & Co)

½ ounce Old Grand Dad 114-proof bourbon

¼ ounce  Smith and Cross Jamaican rum

¼ ounce  H&H 5-year Docé Madeira

¼ ounce Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac

1 ounce white sugar

2 ounces whole milk

1¼ ounces heavy cream

1 egg

Garnish: Cinnamon and nutmeg

Ohjeet

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice.

Double strain into a chilled Old-Fashioned glass.

Garnish with a few grates of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Note: To make Cane Sugar Syrup, combine 2 parts unbleached cane sugar with 1 part water in a blender and blend until the sugar has dissolved.
